COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICE

please read carefully, i will not accept any commission against my ToS.
contact me for any questions!

Basic Rules
› i have the right to refuse/cancel your commission for any reason.
› please provide as many references as possible for the character/s that you want me to draw (examples for poses/mood for the illustration will be helpful!).
› commissions are digital, final artworks will be sent via email and google drive link therefore there will be no shipping of any physical goods.
› i have the right to post the commissions on my platforms to expand my portfolio. please inform me if you would like it to be kept private (this would include additional fees).
› i may decline any wanderer/scaramouche/kabukimono/etc. (genshin impact) yume/ship art if its heavily romantic!Process
› the client may submit a commission request via private DMs on my social media platforms. i will review it and discuss further details with the client to accept it.
› once i have started with the commission and sent in the sketch, i will ask for payment before moving forward.
› after i have recieved the payment, i will continue working on the commission until completion. throughout this and the sketching phase, the client is allowed to ask for updates regarding the commission.
› i might also ask the client a lot of questions regarding the commission (for checking to make sure if my work is satisfactory).
› if payment is made in stages, the client will have to pay the remaining balance before i send the final artwork via email and google drive link.Commission Usage
› please always credit me for my work, do NOT claim the piece as your own.
› all commission pieces are allowed for non-commercial only, commercial use is twice the commission price.
› NFT/AI are not allowed.
› as the artist, i retain all the rights to the artwork.Payment
› i accept payments through GCASH.
› payment is either upfront or in stages (i.e 50% payment at sketch stage then 50% payment before final completion).
› if i have started on the commission, there will be no refunds.
› commission prices are subject to change as time passes.Revision
› revisions can be done during the sketching phase (slight revisions can be done during the rendering phase).
› i allow a maximum of 3 minor revisions.
› anything beyond will be charged depending on the complexity.Working Time
› the commission may take a month or more (i may finish earlier depending on the complexity and type of commission).
› please don't rush me as i am still a student.
› i sometimes work on commissions that are easier/faster to complete first.
› please inform me if you have a specific deadline for when you want the commission to be finished (may have additional fees).
› you may ask for updates and check the progress of your commission here. response time may vary.
